After you've downloaded the Zip, you'll need an Extractor like 7-Zip, as mentioned above. Click that, and select the "Download Post" option. If you decide to download the Zips, you'll notice each one has "v1" (version 1) added to the end - this is so that if for some reason I have to re-create a Zip to fix a problem, there'll be a way to see which version had the problem, and which version "fixes" the problem. To extract the Zip files, I recommend downloading and installing 7-Zip if you don't have it already.
